Delivery Policy

Delivery

Standard postage and packing on all UK orders is free of charge. We aim to deliver goods within 3-5 working days. UK next day delivery service is available at £9.95 but we must receive your order before 12pm to ensure delivery.

 

All orders are sent on a registered basis and need to be signed for.

 

We aim to dispatch orders received by 12pm on the same working day. Any orders received after that time will be dispatched the next working day. Any orders placed on a weekend or Bank Holiday will be dispatched the next working day.

 

We will confirm by e-mail when your goods have been dispatched.

 

International shipping

Royal Mail airmail postage and packing for international orders will be charged as follows:  Eire & Europe £25.00 USA £40.00 Rest of World £40.00. The consignment(s) will be dispatched using a signed for service. Please note the recipient will be responsible for all import duties. 

Returns

If you would like to return an item(s) for whatever reason you may do so provided we receive the goods within 14 days (28 days for international) after the day you received them. The returned items must be unworn and in their original packaging with all tickets and tags attached and in a saleable condition. We can only refund to the card/payment method used for purchase.
 

When you return your goods please ensure they are well packaged so they are not damaged in the post. Please also make sure that the item is sent via a tracked / insured service as Esk Valley Knitwear Co. Ltd cannot be held responsible for returned items lost in transit.

If you wish to cancel your order please e-mail orders@eskcashmere.com within 24 hours of having placed the order.

 

If you wish to cancel your order please email orders@eskcashmere.com within 24 hours of having placed the order. We regret that we are unable to offer refunds on any Sale items unless proven faulty. We will be happy to offer a like for like, size exchange or credit note for any unwanted Sale items, provided the items are re-saleable with all tags attached.

 

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
